3. Service Procedures and Liability
To ensure the highest quality of service and protect both parties, we follow a strict procedure for all vehicle modifications:
- We document the interior and exterior of each vehicle with video recordings before any work begins
- A diagnostic test is performed to check for any pre-existing errors before disassembly
- After installation is complete, another diagnostic test is performed to ensure no errors were introduced during our work
- We take full responsibility for any damages caused directly by our installation services
In the unlikely event of damage occurring during our service, we will repair or compensate for the damage at our own expense, provided it is directly caused by our work.
4. Warranty Terms
We provide warranty coverage for our services as follows:

Warranty Exclusions
The warranty will be considered void if:

All warranty claims must be reported to us immediately upon discovery of the issue. The warranty is non-refundable and applies only to repair or replacement of the defective installation.
5. Bookings and Cancellations
To secure a booking for our services, a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total service cost is required. This deposit confirms your appointment and is deducted from the final price of the service.
The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. However, we may allow rescheduling of appointments with sufficient notice at our discretion.
6. Payment Terms
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash (excluding VAT)
- Card payment (including 20% VAT)
- Bank transfer (including 20% VAT)
- POS terminal (including 20% VAT)
Full payment is due upon completion of the service, unless other arrangements have been made in advance. The 10% deposit will be deducted from the final payment amount.
7. Additional Costs and Requirements
For starlight headliner installations, the existing headliner must be in good condition, clean, and properly attached to the vehicle ceiling without tears or damage. If the headliner does not meet these requirements, reupholstering services will be necessary at an additional cost.
Any additional services or products requested during the installation process that were not included in the original quote will incur additional charges, which will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.
8. Customer Reviews
